Holistic Realignment takes your confidentiality with the up most care. What information is confidential?

All identifiable patient information, whether written, electronic or simply held in the memory of any of our members of staff are subject to the duty of confidentiality.  This includes:-

» Any clinical information about an individual’s diagnosis or treatment;

»  A picture, photograph, video, audiotape or other image of the patient;

»  Who the patient’s doctor is and what clinics he or she has attended;

»  Anything else that, directly or indirectly, might lead to identifying the patient;

» Emails and other electronic data;

When can confidential information be disclosed?

The duty of confidentiality is not absolute and confidential information can be disclosed where:-


» The patient has the capacity to consent and consents to the disclosure.  This would be for example to discuss your treatment/s with family, associates and other representatives that you may wish to have your information;

» If it's required by law, such a court order or reporters of witnessed or suspected abuse;

» With other healthcare professionals to ensure correct treatment is given;

Where necessary or required we might also have to share information with due to the law or regulations:-

» Social and welfare organisations;

» Local & Central Government;

» Business associates;

» Current, past and prospective employers;

» Employment agencies and examining bodies;

» Trade Bodies and Governing Bodies.

» NHS Tack and Trace.

» NHS and other Health Care Providers.

We process information relevant to the services being offered to you. This information may include:-

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as  party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.

Retention time

The online Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Interaction with external social networks and platforms and Access to third party services' accounts.
